Tournament Entry Fees: $70 per boat ($55 towards payout,$10 toward big fish,$5 towards classic)
Membership: S25.00 fee covers the main member and includes spouse and children under 18. Membership fees must be collected prior to entry and will be used for lie detector fees, scales maintenance and weigh-in materials. The unused portion of these funds will be added to the classic pay out and fund the Angler of the Year award.
Membership Fees: All fees may be paid by sending a check or money order made to the address below or can be paid in cash at the ramp for the first TWO (2) tournaments: Membership application must be completed and is available at www.iroquoisbass.org or can be completed at the ramp.

After the second tournament a new member must get approved by board at least 48 hours before the tournament by contacting one of the board members below.

This applies to every new member, no exceptions. No new members will be accepted at the ramp after the second tournament unless complete membership registration and approval are completed as listed above.
Tournament Rules: Starting positions are drawn for the first twenty boats. After-twenty numbers have been drawn, sign up is based on arrival. Sign-up for tournaments are closed 15 minutes before starting time.
Legal Fish: Largemouth, Smallmouth, and Kentucky Bass.
Fish Limit and Size Limit: Five fish limit. Lake size limit applies (twelve inch minimum). If a member is fishing alone that member is allowed ONE (1) slot fish only.
Number Chip: Before the tournament starts each member draws a number chip. This determines your starting position for the tournament. You will receive a sticker on the back of your chip when you get your livewell checked before the tournament starts and this must be turned in to the weighmaster before the tournament ending time. If not, that member and/or team will be disqualified from the tournament, no exceptions.
Miscellaneous: No trolling, no live bait, no late weigh ins. Live wells must be checked.
Penalties: 4oz penalty for each dead fish. 16oz penalty for each short fish and a loss of that fish.
Polygraph: May be given randomly. Failure to pass the test will be reason for disqualification. If contestant wishes to take another test, it will be administered at the contestant's expense.
Angler of the Year: In being considered Angler of the Year, a member will receive 100 points for first place, 99 for second place, 98 for third place and so on. Participants without any fish will receive 25 points. The leader in points at the end of the regular tournament schedule is awarded Angler of the Year. Angler of the Year will receive $300 (to be split if a tie exists) at the end of the regular tournament schedule. Points are awarded only to IBC members who fish in the tournament. Angler of the Year will be allowed to fish the classic tournament without paying the $35.00 entry fee. If the angler of the year elects to fish the classic alone, he/she must pay $35.00 in order to cover the total of $70.00 entry fee.
Tournament Participation: IBC members are allowed to fish alone, as a team, or with a different partner each tournament if they choose to do so. If an IBC member elects to fish with a different partner during the year, each partner must pay the $25.00 membership fee.
Tournament Payback: The following serves as an approximate example of pay out schedule:

One angler per boat: IBC members may elect to fish tournaments, including the classic, alone. For safety purposes, please, advise a member of the board prior to the start of the tournament that you have elected to fish alone. ($70.00 per boat)
Location of Classic: IBC members fishing the first tournament of the year will vote for lake of choice for classic (lake with most votes will be location of classic.)
Classic Tournament Rules/Payback: All boats fishing the classic (other than Angler of the Year) must pay the tournament fee of $70.00. The classic payout will include unused membership funds, $5.00 per boat collected each tournament and any sponsorship money received throughout the year. Big fish pot is the same as normal tournament.
Qualifying for the Classic: IBC members must have fished at least FOUR(4) of the 2010 tournaments. ONE (1) tournament may be bought per member, with no points awarded. The tournament fee must be paid before the start of said tournament and will be included in the payout for that tournament.
